Every piece of work is a user story, estimated in story points on a Fibonacci scale. Each point is $200. You know the cost before it enters a sprint. You only pay for work you accept.

The Fibonacci scale naturally encourages right-sized work: a 21-point story at $4,200 is a signal to break it down into smaller, more manageable pieces.

These are estimates for budgeting. Actual cost depends on accepted stories. You can stop, pause, or adjust at any sprint boundary. Discovery starts at $1,000.

Optional Hosting
For clients who don't want to manage their own infrastructure. Hosting covers uptime, backups, monitoring, and break/fix (infrastructure issues). Application changes, enhancements, and new features are managed in the product backlog.
