Experience
Rick Mason (Principal Program Manager and founder) spent more than 15 years delivering complex technology projects in large publicly traded companies: enterprise software rollouts, system integrations, multi-million dollar portfolios, and 15+ system integrations during company acquisitions. That work teaches one to understand what stakeholders actually need, manage scope rigorously, and make sure what gets built solves the real problem.
Now we apply that same discipline at a different scale. AI-powered development has made custom software affordable for businesses that couldn't justify it before. We built our own project management platform (Focus-PPM) using the same approach we use for client work. Every client project runs on it.
